Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping rates

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Australian orders ship for a flat $10, and orders over $100 ship free. Need it sooner? Express Post is available at checkout for $20. New Zealand orders ship for a flat $20 (Express Post $40).

Delivery times

Within Australia, Parcel Post typically takes 2 to 3 business days to metro areas and 3 to 5 business days to regional areas (longer for rural and remote addresses). Express Post typically takes 1 to 2 business days to metro areas (often next business day) and 2 to 4 business days to regional areas. New Zealand orders typically take around 6 business days via Standard, or around 3 business days via Express.

Pre-order and Special Order timing

Whisker & Ash is a new store, built slowly and carefully, so not everything ships immediately. Pre-order items are expected to ship from 1 December 2026. Special Order items are sourced individually once ordered, so timing varies. Check the product page for details, or reach out via our Contact page for an estimate.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock, pre-order and special-order items, the whole order ships together once everything is ready, so it arrives in one parcel rather than several.
