When will my order ship?

Whisker & Ash is a new store, so not everything ships straight away. Pre-order items are expected to ship from 1 December 2026. Special Order items are sourced individually once ordered, so timing varies. Check the product page or our Shipping Policy for details.

What's the difference between Pre-order and Special Order?

Pre-order items are our most popular, ready-to-launch products. They'll ship as soon as we open from 1 December 2026. Special Order items are less common herbs and products we source individually per order, so they can take longer. If your order contains a mix, everything ships together once it's all ready.

Do you ship outside Australia and New Zealand?

Not currently. We only ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. See our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery times.

How much is shipping?

Within Australia, shipping is a flat $10 (free over $100), with Express Post available for $20. To New Zealand, shipping is a flat $20, with Express for $40.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Can I return or exchange an item?

We don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If an item arrives faulty or significantly not as described, you're covered under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns Policy for how to arrange a remedy.

Are your herbs safe to eat or drink?

Everything we sell is intended for ritual, craft and decorative use only. Our products aren't intended for ingestion, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
